Sizzling Summer Legs...

It's ridiculously hot outside...it reminds me of 2 things: 1. My home state of Texas (the great state) 2. Summer is around the corner. Summer aka shorts/bikini/micro mini season .... as much as i love it I get super self conscious about my legs. My legs = jello. I cringe with every step because of the extreme jiggle. (lol im ridiculous) So this summer I want to get it right and tight by implementing these work outs.

1. Running
2. Squats
3. Lunges 
4. Yoga! Yoga! Yoga!


and hopefully by my birthday ill have Rhianna legs!
