It's the day after Thanksgiving (
and ive already had left overs for breakfast) and surprisingly I didn't eat myself into a food coma. Over the past couple of months I have gone from a size 4/6 to a 10/12. I was working out like a mad woman and lost 6 pounds which I was elated. However, when I cam back from Canada I lost my motivation and gained those pounds right on back. So once again I am on my gym grind and I hope this time it sticks. I found this workout plan on Pinterest and thought I would share it with you guys.
