I know, I am late to the party with Spin but I am addicted. I was first introduced to the high energy cycling classes through my friend. We went to a new studio in Capital Hill called Biker Barre, which I highly recommend if you are in the area. What I loved about the class was that it was done in candle light. I did not have to worry about feeling self conscious about the pounds that I have put on. All I had to do was focus on keeping my feet moving to the beat.

While I loved Biker Barre, its location was not as convenient for me to get to after work, I made the switch to Sculpt DC. Sculpt's instructors are high energy and oh boy they will make you sweat! I took the plunge and bought a monthly membership here. I am looking forward to seeing my results at the end of the month. Even if the scale doesn't move, I already feel better and that's what really matters.
